Mercedes-Benz has seen almost four years since it’s done something fresh to the CL class. However we have spy shots of a prototype, which might see an official debut next month at the Geneva Motor Show or later this year in Paris.
The car features a slightly modified fascia adorned with a single chrome slat, enlarged logo, LED daytime driving lamps and a new front bumper. It kind of looks like an amalgam of different Mercedes, SLS Amg and others.
Comfort Light, that’s what CL comes from. Well, actually it’s Comfort Leicht, German for the same thing (would you figure that..). And people will surely expect just that from the car. However, light is not ad adjective for power. This new car, based on the third-generation W216 model, is said to have 604-horsepower from a twin-turbocharged V12.
